  • Salary: £18,803 - £23,107 pro rata
  • Hours: 24 per week
  • Contract Type: 18 Month FTC

About the role…

Publica is seeking to recruit an adaptable and forward thinking person to provide an efficient customer focused service to help reduce the number of empty properties across the Cotswold, Forest of Dean and West Oxfordshire Districts.

Working closely with the owners of empty homes and encouraging empty home owners to become landlords, you will also help us reduce levels of homelessness.


You will have a good understanding of housing issues and have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience of working in a performance driven organisation and good levels of initiative are also essential to ensure that the goals of the project are delivered.


You will need…

  • 4 GCSE’s including Math’s and English (or equivalent) Grade C and above
  • Considerable experience working with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to record and deal with data accurately and effectively
  • High level of self-motivation, tact, judgement, tact , discretion and initiative
  • Full, clean UK driving license and use of own vehicle as there may be an occasional requirement to visit properties for inspections
